Industrial Engineer’s Digest: Learn, Practice and Improve Factory Performance (Print Book is Available Now)

Industrial Engineer’s Digest

Finally, the print version of this book is published. Now this book is available on the Amazon stores in all the international marketplaces. I am grateful to all of you who are reading my works for many years. I am thankful to all the readers who had shared their feedbacks, corrected my mistakes in my writing journey. Most importantly keeping me motivated.

I believe everyone (including newcomers) can improve the shop floor performance of a garment factory. Secondly, one does not need to be an industrial engineering graduate to work as an industrial engineer in garment production. By reading and learning all IE subjects, he/she can do the IE's job in a garment factory.

To make this possible, first, you need to learn the manufacturing process, then learn the industrial engineering concepts - learn IE tools, methods of improving various processes and activities. Next thing you need to apply your learning in the process where applicable. I have covered all the methods, techniques, and how-to guides for performing your activities in a better way.

The content of this book is designed to show you the practical approach for managing apparel production and process improvement. This book would be a useful guide for each garment business. Anyone can use this publication as a wiki of industrial engineering in apparel manufacturing. Whenever you need to clarify something, you can refer to this book. All engineers, production managers, and apparel production students can have my learnings by owning one copy of this book.

All the pieces of knowledge included in this book are available in my blog on many pages. I have rewritten most of them and published them in a book format.

This book will also enrich the knowledge of the students who will be devoting their careers in the apparel production field in the coming days.
