Sayak Nandi



Sayak Nandi is pursuing his Ph.D. in the Department of Design and Merchandising at Oklahoma State University, USA.  Sayak earned his master’s degree in textile engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India, and completed his bachelor’s degree in textile technology at the Government College of Engineering and Textile Technology, Serampore, India. Sayak has been actively engaged in various research projects in the field of protective textiles, textile recycling, sustainability, sound insulation, and thermal insulation. To this end, he has published multiple peer-reviewed academic papers in journals and has also authored multiple book chapters as a part of his contribution to the domain of textiles.
